Broken Family is the Narrative Project that I concluded on writing about. This writing was during a time in my life when I had to made a decision that had impacted on my life and the family. Draft one be written in past tense and first person, while draft two will be in present tense, third person, with a rewritten decision, and possible alternative life outcome. Throughout the many blog post, we encountered many different ways and styles to writing that helped me achieve the writing of Broken Family. Week three of the blog, we learned about composing Present Tense as we annotated and read What is Creative Nonfiction? (Lee Gutkind) | Making Scenes in Memoir (Lee Martin). Week four blog learned about how to composing action into scene with examples as Bullet in the Brain (Tobias Wolff) Composing a past scene for week five and honed our skills for week six for another composing a past scene with examples from The Yellow Wall-Paper (Charlotte Perkins Stetson and My Mother Gives me a Writing Lesson (Martin Lee) On week seven we learned about different found poems from Cut-up, Cento, Free-form excerpting and remixing, and ensure.
