During week eleven our class in English 112 decided to look into the Dr. Seligman’s study on Positive Psychology. On that week we added 21 good things on our blog post and I continued to do the study as it’s making my life more brighter. Last week I continued to add the good things for my blog. For this week I decided to send a what if mail if I was to send this out to Dr. Seligman.
Dr. Seligman, I would like to thank you on your study as it probably will affect the millions and billions of people to come in the future who read and follow this study on Positive Psychology. My current Professor/Doctor in my college has shared the study on this subject and I currently continuing the three good things project for my third week in a row. This project as you can remember is to find three good things that happened throughout the day and write it down in a journal. What I noticed was that my day was filled with ups and downs like a roller coaster and yet I hover on finding the good in such as negative world. I then end my day thinking and recalling the good and sleeping on it to end the day. The morning became refreshing as each day I end with something good. I am now in week three of the good things journal and according to studies on habits, if I finish this week and continue doing this, I will have then created and earned a new habit. I believe that only good things will follow in doing such a new habit and so I end this letter in saying thank you for your study and thank you to my Professor for introducing it to us.

I was told and taught to do the same thing, in every negative situation to, look at the positive and everything will seem brighter, that is being grateful, and I think we can all learn from this very important piece.
